IT'S A LONG WAY
It’s a long way (It’s a long way) is one of the last works by Andreas McMüller. It’s taken from a 2018 shot, recovered and processed during lockdown, when it was impossible to take new photos.
It is normal that the hundreds of shots taken in each session in the installation room are saved and stored after a first selection that leads to the realization of the most immediate or most rapid use. So they remain in the drawer, buried under the next shots, images like this that instead have a lot to say.
Her name is a sign of the much work needed to achieve results like this: so much work for the model to get and maintain a body so perfect, that she shows off with a mixture of determination, modesty and great elegance.
Her suitors have a long way to go to "catch her". Poor boys: she knows exactly what she wants and, without losing a shred of her femininity, she moves with style and great determination in the direction she has already decided.
...and a long way is definitely the one that the artist did to take this photo and so much work was necessary to process this image from the raw shot.

Like all "Mc" level artworks, It's a long way is limited to 7+1 certified originals, that is, only 7 originals of each work will be made and sold on the planet Earth and can be bought by collectors in the format they prefer: NFT (digital), Canvas (material picture, retouched by hand) or Fine-Art Museum (material picture, exceptional quality), but will be seven in all and not one more.
The "+1" is a real painting owned by the artist reserved for exhibition in ateliers, exhibitions and museums and will never be sold to anyone for any reason.
The certificate of authenticity and numbering, signed by the artist, is registered in blockchain and is delivered together with the work.
